1 Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SipHours, a mobile application published by AlrightTech for Android and iOS.

By using SipHours, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2 Use of the App

SipHours is a hydration and water-intake tracking application. It is intended for personal wellness use.

Depending on the features available in your version of the app, SipHours may help you:

• Log drinks and amounts
• Track daily hydration progress toward a goal
• View history and daily recaps
• Maintain streaks and complete optional challenges
• Unlock collectible characters and use reminders or tips

3 Health Disclaimer

SipHours is intended for general wellness and hydration tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical or hydration-related advice, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have fluid-intake restrictions.

Hydration goals and related estimates shown in SipHours are general guidance based on information you enter. They are not medical recommendations and should not replace professional care.

4 User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into SipHours, including profile details and drink logs.

Use the app responsibly. Do not rely solely on SipHours for medical, emergency, or clinical decisions.

5 App Data

SipHours is local-first. Profile details, drink logs, reminders, streaks, challenges, and related preferences are stored in a SQLite database on your device. AlrightTech does not operate a backend that receives your hydration data as part of normal app use.

SipHours does not require an account. There is no AlrightTech cloud backup of your logs. Optional local notifications are scheduled on your device. Opening this public Terms page is separate from using the app and may create ordinary web-host access logs under that host’s policies.

You can edit or delete data in the app, reset all local data in Settings, or uninstall the app. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6 Intellectual Property

SipHours, including its name, branding, design, graphics, audio, bundled content, and original software, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belongs to AlrightTech or its licensors.

You may use the app for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app or its proprietary content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows.

7 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse SipHours or use it in a way that harms others
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the app’s operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app unlawfully, except to the extent permitted by law
• Use the app for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Redistribute or copy proprietary SipHours content without permission

8 Availability and Changes

Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. SipHours may receive updates and improvements through your app store.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

SipHours is provided for general informational and wellness purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AlrightTech does not warrant that hydration calculations, goals, reminders, or other features will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular needs, or that the app will meet every expectation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlrightTech and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of SipHours.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability related to SipHours will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to download or use the app, or zero if the app was provided free of charge.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

11 Third-Party Services

The SipHours app does not include advertising, analytics, social login, crash-reporting, or cloud-sync SDKs operated by AlrightTech.

Your device operating system, app store, and optional system backups (such as iCloud or Google Backup) may process technical information under their own terms. This public Terms page is hosted on Vercel and may create ordinary web access logs under Vercel’s policies. Those services are outside SipHours’ control.

12 Termination

You may stop using SipHours at any time by uninstalling the app.

AlrightTech may discontinue the app or your ability to use certain features if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the product is otherwise discontinued.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date and update the in-app Terms of Service screen and this public web page.

Continued use of SipHours after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

These Terms describe the current SipHours product. They are provided so you, Google Play, and the App Store can review our rules of use. They are not legal advice.

14 Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective as of 7 September 2026.
